The untapped potential: reaching families in Central Africa through education
AIS is a Pre-K to 12 School to prepare the next generation of Christ-centered servant leaders in Central Africa. It will promote societal transformation through Christ-centered high-quality education.
At AIS we will:
- Deliver world class primary and secondary Christian education to (1) instill knowledge and (2) form a Christ-centered personality, with an optional International Baccalaureate program to our students who are interested.
- Bridge graduates to the best tertiary educational institutions in the world.
- Form an alumnus of self-actualizing leaders who know where they each fit in making the world a great place to live in.

The purpose
The purpose of AIS is to deliver quality Christian Education and empower Christ-centered young minds to become globally engaged servant leaders and entrepreneurs. We will use education to build students' character and spirituality. Because our goal is to create transformational and generational impact, AIS will bridge graduates to high-quality tertiary educational institutions and form an alumnus of self-actualizing leaders. Fifteen years from now, our students will not only graduate from high school. They will each be thinking about where they best fit to serve their community and the world.
The Need
Africa's rarest commodity is Christ-centered leaders of integrity who can spearhead transformation. Our past 20 years of experience developing young leaders across Africa, has taught us that only Christ-centered quality education can build surely and deeply enough to prepare such leaders. We do not know a school targeting Africa's youth that combines a Christian ethos, community transformation programs through entrepreneurship, and inclusion strategies to provide equal access to the poor and to the affluent.
The Strategy
Our strategy is to create a high-quality institution with state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment, then establish inclusion mechanisms like scholarships so that no qualified student is left out because their parents cannot afford the tuition. We will deploy a rich after-school program including talent discovery workshops, practical training in various trades and marketable skills. To create a sense of calling, we will connect students to the surrounding community and challenge them with multiple opportunities to meet a need. As an outcome of this strategy, our graduates will (1) know Jesus-Christ, (2) know themselves and their personal talents and gifting, and (3) know the needs in their communities.
